Residents of a Lee Drive apartment complex received water shut-off warnings Tuesday because the landlord hasn’t fully paid the sewer bill in six months.
The warnings, tacked to each door in the 5 East apartment complex by city-parish workers, said water service to the complex would be shut off Jan. 27 over nonpayment of the city-parish’s sewer/solid waste user fee.
