On January 13, 2026, at about 4:30 p.m. Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3100 block of Seevers Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined that when officers arrived, they found a 16-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the victim to a local hospital, where the victim died. The victim’s identity will not be released due to his age.
