After 35 years, Humana has sold its San Antonio office complex in the Medical Center area.
On Dec. 31, the Kentucky-based health insurance company sold two office properties and a parking lot to Kidman Enterprises LLC, according to Bexar County property records.
Kidman Enterprises acquired Humana’s 89,933-square-foot office building at 8119 Datapoint Drive, its 43,632-square-foot location at 8123 Datapoint Drive and an adjacent parking lot at 8224 Fredericksburg Road.
