On January 13, a Rio Grande City resident claimed a top prize-winning ticket worth $1 million in the Texas Lottery scratch ticket game Million Dollar Loteria. The ticket was purchased at H-E-B Food Store #427, located at 735 S.W. Military Drive, in San Antonio.
