Sabine Café is expanding to the Eastside with a new downtown Bellevue location that’s expected to open in late June or early July, the Downtown Bellevue Network recently reported.
According to the article, the all-day café, bar, and bakery will open inside The Eight, which is located at 10666 NE 8th St. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant will take over the ground floor of the tower. It will feature indoor seating, outdoor plaza seating, private-dining options, and additional lobby seating for grab-and-go guests.
