DC Man Sentenced To 10 Year In Prison For Abduction And Attempted Rape On Metro Train

A D.C. man has been sentenced to ten years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of abduction with the intent to defile and attempted rape, according to the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Alexandria.

The Alexandria Circuit Court delivered the sentence on January 8, 2026. The charges come from a sexual assault on February 3, 2024, in Alexandria’s Potomac Yard neighborhood.

Dykwon Perry Davis, 27, received a 50-year sentence for abduction, with 40 years suspended, and a 10-year sentence for attempted rape, with five years suspended. The sentences will run consecutively, for a total of ten years of active incarceration…
