AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Augusta Regional Airport revealed its Education and Workforce Initiative Program, marking the first time the airport has established a formal internship program.
The program introduces students to aviation jobs, including pilots, mechanics and other roles. Officials said they hope to spark students’ interest in the aviation industry.
