Kern Behavioral Health seeks input on 2026-27 mental health programs

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Kern Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is inviting public feedback over the next 30 days on the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), which supports programs aimed at reducing issues such as homelessness and incarceration linked to mental illness.
