CLEVELAND (WJW) – A shooting victim was found early Thursday morning on an interstate exit ramp in Cleveland.
Around 2:30 a.m., crime scene investigators responded to West 25th Street and the exit ramp from I-71 southbound.

The victim was taken to the hospital. No word on their condition.
