After nearly two years of planning, the Second Harvest Food Bank Marketplace is officially unveiled in Erie. The Ceremonial Ribbon was cut Wednesday Afternoon.
Partnerships have made this happen, all to help feed and guide families in the neighborhood of East Avenue and 8th Street.
Operated by the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania, the marketplace is essentially a food pantry with a grocery store feel and offers fresh produce, nonperishable items and frozen food necessities…
