On January 6, 2026, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office arrested 3 teenage males in connection with multiple recent burglaries.
An investigation into multiple incidents that occurred in the areas of Hilton Head, Bluffton, and possibly other areas has resulted in the arrest of Pape Niang (17), Cheikh Niang (19), and Mohamed Mbengue (18), all of Jasper County.
The investigation revealed that the group was targeting Hispanic restaurants. 3 known locations are Santa Fe Café, Carlitos, and Fiesta Fresh, but Investigators are looking into other recent burglaries…
