SAN ANTONIO – Three people were hospitalized early Wednesday morning after being shot during an apparent road rage incident on San Antonio’s West Side.
The shooting happened just after 2 a.m. Wednesday when the victims were traveling along U.S. Highway 90 near Cupples Road.
