BROKEN ARROW, OKLA. (KTUL) — A man was arrested and faces multiple charges after a domestic disturbance was reported on Jan. 13, around 7 p.m.
Wagoner County Deputies responded to a residence near E 81st Street S and S 305th E Avenue in Broken Arrow, where a man was reportedly dragging a woman from a car in the roadway.
