With the rate at which restaurants fail, it’s always great to see a handful that manage to weather the storm of the first year.
While tumultuous, only 17% of restaurants fail in year one, but only 51% make it past year five, according to a new study on owner.com.
All that is to say that when you get wins in the restaurant industry, you should take them because tomorrow is not guaranteed in that business.
