SPRINGFIELD, MO – People driving past a long-stalled development on the south side are finally seeing some major work taking place at the site.
In recent weeks, contractors have been moving dirt and performing other site work on Lakewood St. near S. Campbell Ave. Retaining walls have also been constructed in some spots.
