MILLCREEK, Utah (ABC4) — A new low cost spay and neuter clinic is helping to ease the overpopulation of pets, before it happens.
Last spring, Temma Martin opened Operation Pawpulation. After years of television appearances helping to get shelter animals new homes, she has moved to a different way to reduce the number of homeless pets in our community- opening a clinic for animals.
Martin said, “I estimate that over those years I have made about 5,000 TV appearances with adoptable pets and I’m very proud of that. I love thinking about how many animals got another chance, because they got adopted. But when I had the chance to start this, I had the idea that prevention is really key to life saving.”…
