Homeowners sue Las Vegas Valley Water District over grass removal law

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A group of homeowners in the valley is suing the Las Vegas Valley Water District.

This is after the group says more than a hundred thousand trees have died because of grass removal. Under state law passed in 2023, all non-functional grass, or grass considered not used, must be removed across the valley by the end of this year.
