Lawsuit Filed Over Power Lines in Circle Cross Ranch Community

A group of homeowners in the Circle Cross Ranch community in San Tan Valley has filed a lawsuit against Salt River Project (SRP) over newly constructed high-voltage power lines running through the neighborhood.

The lawsuit was filed this week in Pinal County Superior Court by Frazier Law on behalf of several Circle Cross Ranch homeowners. According to the court filing, the homeowners claim SRP built large overhead power lines through HOA-owned common areas without naming or compensating individual homeowners who say they were affected.

Court documents state that SRP previously filed a condemnation action against the Circle Cross Ranch Homeowners Association (HOA) in order to build the power lines.
