BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. — Two more measles cases have been confirmed in North Carolina, according to the state’s Department of Health and Human Services.
Health officials say the cases came from two unvaccinated siblings in Buncombe County. This is the state’s seventh measles case since late December 2025.
