The probable cause affidavit states that deputies responded on January 12, to a 911 call placed by the victim, who reported that an argument with her husband, Louis Joseph Bossi, 58, turned physical. When deputies arrived to the home in Boynton Beach, the victim told deputies the confrontation began over her prescription medication. During the dispute, she said Bossi threw a water bottle in her direction — missing her — before grabbing the back of her hair and pushing her against a wall.

According to the report, the victim put her hand out to keep her face from hitting the wall. She said Bossi then grabbed her right wrist and tried to pull her toward the bedroom door while yelling at her to leave the house. While she was on the phone with 911, the victim told deputies Bossi screamed, “I’m going to kill you.”…
