CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The man found dead in a vehicle on Clements Ferry Road was identified Thursday by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office.
Arthur Broughton Jr., 39 years old, of Huger, was pronounced dead at the scene on Clements Ferry Road, about half a mile from Cainhoy Road.
