A wrong-way crash on the 215 Freeway in Riverside was caught on dashcam video, and police say alcohol or drugs appear to be a factor in the violent and deadly incident.
A driver who saw the collision happen early Wednesday morning sent Eyewitness News the footage.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Mitsubishi Galant was going northbound on southbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a Toyota Camry at Central Avenue. Before that, the wrong-way driver missed hitting several other vehicles, the CHP said…
