OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – A group of property owners has filed a federal lawsuit against the lakeshore’s Park Township over its ban on short-term rentals in residential areas.
The lawsuit comes after an Ottawa County judge in November upheld the ban, which prompted the township to notify short-term rental (STR) owners that it would soon take enforcement action.
