MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -Memphis rapper Ricky Hampton, also known as Finesse2Tymes, and girlfriend Halle Buckingham, also known as Shugga, were arrested in Texas.
According to court documents, Hampton was charged for possession of substances including marijuana. Buckingham was charged with similar charges including tampering of evidence and a weapon charge
Buckingham’s bond is set for $526,000.
