MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The former operations manager of the Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board intends to plead guilty in a corruption case, according to a filing Thursday in federal court.
Two other defendants quickly followed suit and informed the court they also will plead guilty in the case.
