SMITHFIELD, Va. (WAVY) — A man is in critical condition after being shot in the abdomen Tuesday at Jersey Park Apartments, according to the Smithfield Police Department.
Officers responded to the 770 block of Wrenn Road for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they located a 41-year-old man who sustained a single gunshot wound to the abdomen.
