Penn State’s 2025 starting quarterback has made some long-expected news official.
Ethan Grunkemeyer announced Wednesday his commitment to Virginia Tech via the transfer portal. He will follow James Franklin, offensive coordinator Ty Howle and quarterbacks coach Danny O’Brien with the Hokies.
