ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Just days after mild temperatures had people walking around in T‑shirts, residents across the Rochester region are now bundling up as an arctic blast delivers heavy snow, bitter wind chills and treacherous travel conditions.
The sudden shift has forced many to adjust quickly. Rochester resident Tim Kehl said the drastic changes are nothing new for Western New Yorkers, but they always keep him on his toes.
“I always tell people you never get bored of the weather because you could be in your T‑shirt, or you can be in your snow suit,” Kehl said. “You never know.”
