Construction reached its final stages by late 2025. Street-level imagery from November 2025 showed the warehouse building complete, with parking areas paved and striped. Work was still active along Baseline Road at that time, including barriers, equipment, and crews focused on frontage and access improvements.
Aerial imagery dated November 2025 confirmed the full warehouse footprint in place. Internal drive lanes and large parking fields were clearly visible. No major structural work appeared unfinished, indicating the project was in its close-out phase heading into January 2026.
Location and Site Context
The warehouse sits along Baseline Road, a corridor that has become a focal point for west Roseville’s expansion. Residential neighborhoods are already established nearby, and additional development has continued to fill in around the site.
A defining feature of the location is the preserved drainage and creek corridor that borders the property. This natural element remains visible alongside the finished development and influenced how the site was laid out relative to surrounding roads and buildings.
From Open Land to Retail Anchor
