TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man and woman are accused of scamming an elderly Toledo man out of thousands of dollars over the course of several months.
Police reports allege Charles Blair, 53, and Brittnee Njuguna, 38, scammed an 85-year-old man out of at least $17,000 while they were squatting at his property from April through June of 2025.
