The search is on for an Upstate murder suspect. As we previously reported, the Spartanburg Police Department responded to a reported shooting on Wofford Street, the morning of January 4th.
Police say, the 9-1-1 caller reported that two men had been in a fight that led to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where later died. The victim has been identified as 36 year old, Tyson Hall.
Police have now identified the suspect as Ty Elliott Foster also known by the street name ”Tank”. He’s charged with murder and a weapons violation. Foster is considered armed and dangerous…
