CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Chesterfield woman asked property management at Rockwood Park Apartments to fix her heat two months ago and still doesn’t have a fix.
Moneesha Lambkin told 8News she moved to a bigger unit at Rockwood Park Apartments on Nov. 15, 2025 to accommodate her family. Just a couple days later, she submitted her first maintenance request after realizing her heat wasn’t working.
