IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa City is asking residents to take a few extra steps when taking out the trash to ensure safety and efficiency for everyone.
They say to make sure all garbage cans are place on a solid surface, such as the end of your driveway or the edge of the right-of-way, and are spaced out at least three feet apart to make room for the garbage trucks mechanical arm.
