Ruby’s Bagels on North Avenue was called one of the best in the US outside of New York. Daniela Varela started in a food truck. Now, people have come to know her homemade flavors like Rosemary Sea Salt and Cinnamon Cranberry. Varela still runs her food truck March through December.
