Authorities in St. Bernard Parish have arrested three people and are looking for two others in connection with a series of copper wire thefts across the parish.
Gregory Bondi, 29, Luis Sloan, 25, and Zoe Zanca, 24, — all from Chalmette — of the 100 block of West Phillip Court in Chalmette, were each booked with eight counts of felony theft, Sheriff James Pohlmann said in a news release.
