BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Body camera video obtained by the WAFB I-TEAM shows a Baton Rouge police officer stopping a man and searching his car without a warrant during a June 2025 traffic stop, raising questions about whether the search violated constitutional rights.
Raheem Howard was leaving a gym workout near Sharp and Cloud streets when police lights appeared behind him. The body camera footage shows an officer immediately drawing his gun and ordering Howard out of his vehicle.
