Sedgwick County suspends data center permits for 90 days

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Over the past year many communities in Kansas have voiced their concerns over data centers coming to their area.

Now Sedgwick County is taking action, passing a resolution suspending the issuance and consideration of any building or conditional use permits that involve data centers for the next 90 days.
