SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – For 11-year-old Kingsley Cournoyer, boxing is more than just a sport. It’s a way of life and a form of discipline that keeps him motivated and out of trouble each day.
“I started going with my dad to the gym and training when I was in diapers, but I started competing when I was eight. Inside the ring, we’re not friends,” said Kingsley about the people he boxes. “We just got to work. And then outside, yeah, we just leave all the stuff in the ring that happens.”
