Only open for 18 months, the facility is practically new, the climbers enthusiastic, but due to reasons outside of their control, the current owners are being forced to sell.
This fully equipped gym is located in a retail (strip) mall setting with high visibility near Hillsboro downtown and transit. The climbing surface includes nearly 5000sf of Rockwerx built Gym Rock panels, finished in May of 2024. Wall heights are 12′ in the learning center and up to 15′ in the main bouldering areas. Two 12’ by 12’ training boards (Kilter and Tension 2) on fully adjustable Lemur frames are included. Bouldering flooring is 12- and 14- inch Asana modular systems, fully tarped everywhere except under the boards. The gym also includes a dedicated weight training area, retail corner and event space.
Located in the Silicon Forest of Hillsboro, Oregon, the gym is in a previously unserved portion of the Portland Metro area. It’s a market that is generating new climbers from within as well as the surrounding communities with two small college populations and a ton of younger professionals, with and without families.
