LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — A roundabout in Liberty Lake closed Thursday morning for what appeared to be concrete block in the road.
Liberty Lake police say a “large traffic obstruction” blocked the eastbound entry of Mission Avenue and Harvard Road roundabout.
According to police, the safety straps securing the block failed when a truck carrying it when through the roundabout. That caused the block to slide off. No injuries were reported…
