CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Charlotte activist Cedric Dean has denied the allegations of Medicaid fraud that he’s facing, according to a court record filed Thursday.
Dean’s company and properties were the subject of an FBI raid in October. No criminal charges had been filed against Dean in relation to the alleged fraud.
Law enforcement officials raided several of Dean’s properties across the Charlotte area in October 2025 as part of an FBI investigation into health care fraud.
