The District, a 520,000-square-foot commercial development currently under construction in suburban Boynton Beach, expects to welcome its initial tenants sometime in June as it seeks approvals from Palm Beach County to change its mix of businesses.
The project is rising on 47.2 acres at the northeast corner of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Acme Dairy Road. It is the largest commercial project currently under construction in the county. About a third of the square footage has already been leased.
