Family of motorcyclist hit, killed in Greensboro react to suspect taking plea deal

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — The family of a motorcyclist who was killed in April in Greensboro is sharing their reaction after the man charged with his death took a plea deal.

The sentencing happened on Wednesday, and the family of 34-year-old Marc Schmitt is feeling disappointed and angry.

Hani Sad is facing 12 months of probation and 60 days in jail suspended, meaning if he violates his probation, he will be sent to jail for 60 days. He also has to pay restitution for funeral expenses…
