HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A North Carolina man is facing charges after allegedly kidnapping a woman in Horry County before driving her across state lines.
According to a report, Horry County police were called on Christmas Eve by a witness who said the victim called him, told him she was in a car with a man identified as Matthew Duncan, 30, and needed help.
The witness later said he received a text from the victim that read, “[redacted] kidnap, help.”
