Chester’s is bringing a taste of Wisconsin to downtown Pensacola with a variety of butter burgers, brats and beloved cheese curds at The Garden at 501 Palafox St.
While Chester’s is a new name in Pensacola, the concept dates to a 1957 Wisconsin drive-in location that has built a reputation for decades of burgers and deep-fried sides, with customers able to drive up and be served by carhops.
Andrew Fischer, owner of Pensacola’s food truck location, remembers frequenting the Plymouth stand as a child, and Chester’s became part of his family memories…
