A proposed Sheetz gas station is in limbo after the Toledo City Plan Commission held off on voting for a special use permit that would allow the gas station to move into West Toledo.
At issue: An existing deed restriction on part of the land, Sylvania Township officials concerned about traffic and the business impacting residents, and a billboard with a 10-year lease already on the proposed site.
