TOLEDO, Ohio — Another executive at a northwest Ohio investment firm has pleaded guilty in a decade-long Ponzi Scheme that defrauded investors of millions of dollars, according to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
James Delverne, a former managing member of Northwest Capital, is the third of multiple defendants who were indicted in July 2024 to plead guilty in the scheme.
