AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Residents in Amarillo’s busy medical district are voicing concerns over traffic congestion at the intersection of Coulter Street and Amarillo Boulevard.
A local taxpayer expressed frustration, saying, “When I go there to see my doctor, getting out of there is a nightmare. I often have to wait through 4 light cycles to get to I-40 and this takes a lot of time.”
