Greeley-based eye clinic Apex Vision and Wellness will pay $280,000 to the state in a settlement to resolve allegations that the clinic illegally billed the state’s Medicaid program for thousands of corrective lenses. According to the Greeley Tribune, Apex Vision and Wellness, along with Fountain-based vision clinic Just for Grins, will pay a combined $520,000 for fraudulently billing Medicaid.
