SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An impaired driver crashed through an apartment and struck a resident in an incident reported at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday on East 6th Street and North Cleveland Avenue, Sioux Falls Police said.

Police said the resident had very minor injuries. The driver, Robert Spotswood Jr., was charged with driving while impaired in the first degree, no insurance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
